Young Business Leaders Program

Two weeks ago, year 11 VCE students Holly & Sarah attended a 'Hackathon' workshop as part of the Warrnambool & Moyne Young Business Leaders Program. 

The two girls were part of a cohort of 25 students from around the district taking part in the program that aims to help students develop their entrepreneurial skills as they learn how to start and grow a small business. 

Working with an expert team of facilitators from BOP Industries, they learnt the basics about building their own business at the Hackathon and are now following that up with modules over the next six weeks to hopefully launch their business idea at the end of the program.
