School holidays workshops at the Kyneton Town Hall!

KIDS CREATIVE - BUILDING JAM!

“Hey kids, we need you for a hands-on, super fun creative collaboration to brainstorm design and build a masterpiece together!”

You see, there is an emergency! Someone is in trouble, and we need 100 creative-minded, kids aged 6-13 and of all abilities to help design and build a safe place for them!

With a truckload of creative thinking, a ton of fun and a huge range of reclaimed materials we will invade Kyneton Town Hall where over five separate workshops— 20 kids in each—we will collaboratively dream up and build a never-before-seen structure.

The structure will grow and morph as more is added with each workshop. At the conclusion of the last workshop—12.30pm on Wednesday 10 April—we throw open the Town Hall doors to the general public who can check out the participant’s grand creation.

Facilitated by artist and designer Anna Åkerlund, each workshop will run for 2.5 hours.
