150 Year Celebrations

What a big term it’s been! Our students have been busy bees preparing for the 150-year school celebrations. They worked incredibly hard to plan and design the whole-school mural and class canvases in the lead-up to the school fete. The mural and handprint designs in the bike shed bring such a colourful and playful touch to our school grounds. Well done to every student for their creativity and contribution!

Kyneton Agricultural Show

A huge congratulations to Macedon Primary School and all the students whose artworks were displayed at the Kyneton Agricultural Show over the weekend. Our display received a blue ribbon! We are so proud of your hard work and the incredible pieces you created.

Special Thanks

We were very fortunate to have local artist and school community member Elizabeth Barnett visit during the term. She shared her artistic process, showcased her work, and supported classes in developing their canvas designs. Thank you, Elizabeth, for your time, inspiration, and generosity.

We are also continually grateful for Libby Bourke, a wonderful artist many of you may know from morning or after-school care. Libby volunteers her time in the art room, bringing creativity, fresh ideas, and warm encouragement to help students explore their artistic talents. Her support makes the art room an even more inspiring place to learn and create.
