Kitchen Garden

Our Year 3 & 4 students got a little bit fancy this Kitchen Garden rotation as they made Pumpkin Gnocchi with Sage Butter Sauce! Students enjoyed trying pumpkin in a completely different way while practising their mashing, measuring and recipe-following skills. They also learned how gnocchi is first cooked in water before being finished in a pan with a delicious sauce. It was a fun, hands-on cooking experience with a touch of MasterChef flair!
