PEAK News

Term 2
As we have recently wrapped up another successful Peak NCS Vacation Care program, we are reflecting on what a fun and engaging few weeks it was for the children and educators involved!
Across the program, children participated in a wide range of activities including creative arts and crafts, sports and outdoor games, cooking experiences, and themed days that encouraged imagination and teamwork! Excursion days were also a highlight, with children showing curiosity, and great behaviour while exploring new environments and experiences! It was wonderful to see friendships strengthen and confidence grow throughout the program!
As we continue to plan for future Vacation Care programs, we will be making small improvements based on feedback and observations to ensure each experience is even more enjoyable and engaging! Our aim remains to provide a safe, inclusive, and fun environment where all children feel supported and excited to participate!
We would also like to take this opportunity to remind families of a few important points for future Vacation Care periods:
- Please ensure children bring a hat, drink bottle, packed lunch, and enclosed shoes each day.
- Clothing should be comfortable and suitable for active and sometimes messy play.
- A large amount of lost property was left behind at the end of the program. We encourage all families to check and collect any missing items before the next school term begins.
- If your child required medication during Vacation Care, please ensure it was collected on their final booked session.
Thank you to all families for your continued support! We look forward to seeing everyone again at the next Peak NCS Vacation Care program for more exciting experiences and memorable days!
