External Validation

As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, our school is participating in External Validation. This process involves a panel of experienced educators reviewing evidence of our teaching, learning, wellbeing and school practices against the NSW School Excellence Framework. It provides an opportunity to reflect on our achievements, celebrate our strengths and identify future directions to further support student learning and success.

Throughout the process, staff worked collaboratively to collect and analyse evidence showcasing the wonderful learning experiences taking place across our school. We are proud of the strong culture of learning, wellbeing and community partnerships evident throughout the school and thank our staff, students and families for their ongoing support.

Principal's Conference

Last week, I attended the Principals’ Conference where there was a strong focus on the Department’s Explicit Teaching Framework and the importance of embedding consistent, evidence-based teaching practices across all classrooms. Our school has continued to strengthen these practices to support student engagement, learning growth and consistency in teaching and learning programs across the school.

In other school news, students have continued to engage positively in learning programs, sporting opportunities and whole-school events this term. Classrooms have been busy with rich learning experiences, and it has been wonderful to see students demonstrating our school values both in and out of the classroom. We look forward to sharing more exciting events and celebrations with our community throughout the term.
