Term 3 House Cup Challenge - Dodgeball
This term, our Year 11 Mentors have been running a Dodgeball House Cup Challenge for our Year 7 students. Over the past few weeks, each House Pastoral Group has competed against one another to determine the House champion.
Cahill 1 and Hutchinson 1 made it through the preliminary rounds and played off in this week's Grand Final. After a tense, back and forth contest, congratulations to 7 Cahill 1, who were crowned Year 7 Dodgeball Champions!
Well done to all students who participated with enthusiasm, teamwork and great sportsmanship.
Celebrating St Mary’s Day - Tuesday 11 August
This week marks another significant milestone for our Year 7 students as they celebrate their first St Mary’s Day! A highlight of the College calendar, students will forgo classes on the day to engage in all things that celebrate our wonderful community and our connection to Mary, our patron saint.
Throughout the day, students will:
- Say YES! to celebrating Mass in honour of Mary.
- Say YES! to carnival-style activities designed to build friendships and strengthen House spirit.
- Say Yes! to celebrating the talents of our students and staff at the St Mary’s Day Concert.
The celebration will take place during normal school hours, and all students must be in full House uniform on the day.
