Student Wellbeing

Living and Growing Program

Relationships and sexuality education begins at home and is supported by schools as part of a broader Health curriculum that promotes student wellbeing, respectful relationships and personal safety.

This term, students in Years 3–6 will participate in the Living and Growing program, delivered by Sex Education Australia. The program is age-appropriate and aligned with the Victorian Curriculum, providing students with accurate information and opportunities to develop skills that support healthy relationships and positive decision-making.

Parents are invited to attend an information evening to learn more about the program content and ask any questions they may have.

Library Club

Library club is a friendly environment for every one who wants to escape the cold and drift into a good book.

The Wellbeing Team has noticed that students have used this library time to finish off homework that might be due and to also borrow books. Sometimes they just read the books instead of borrowing them. Younger students love being read to by an older student or teacher as well.

It’s been a really popular space in Term 2, that’s why we are keeping it open in Term 3.
