This quote from St Carlo Acutis, the world’s first millennial saint, is a reminder that the Eucharist brings us closer to Jesus. Congratulations to the students who received their First Eucharist last Sunday and this Sunday - the first of many encounters with Jesus to come!
It was wonderful to see the children engaged and dancing to the songs Cool Cat and Time, Treasure or Talent at our ‘Be a Saint’ production on the Feast of St Anne. It taught the children that saints were ordinary people like you and me who chose to follow Jesus, make courageous choices and keep going even when it’s hard. Something we can all aspire to be!
