Monash Mini Medical Academy

Students from years 9 & 10 attended the Monash University – Rural Health Mildura facility on Tuesday the 7th of October, as part of the Careers program.

The program was lead by 8 of the 3rd year medical students from Monash University, broken into 4 separate stations. Students had the opportunity to experience Rural First Aid, Sim Man medical scenarios, Radiology (X-Ray & Ultrasound), and, Life Saving CPR.

All students worked well in each of these stations and all enjoyed this wonderful experience with many questions asked and fantastic conversations had.
