In October and November Parentzone Eastern will be running free parenting workshops for parents of children aged 2 to 7 years. 

Emotion Focused Parenting – 6 week program

Recognise the triggers that are causing your little person to struggle to cope?

Understand that children who seem angry or anxious are just trying to get their needs met through their connection with you

When: 21st October to 2nd December 2025 (No session on 4th November)

Time: 12.30pm-2.30pm
