Alfie WaAcademic achievement

Alfie, I have enjoyed having you back in the Auslan room. Your enthusiasm and dedication to improving your signing skills is commendable. You are always asking clarifying questions to assist you in deepening your understanding.

Keep up the great work, Alfie 🤩

Kitchen GardenKirstenHarrison Academic achievement

Harrison, over the past few weeks it has been crazy and chaotic during Kitchen Garden, as we all attempted to design, create, and build ‘Buggit’ the Scarecrow. It really stood out how focussed and on task you were through it all, foreseeing what was needed and required through each step of the way.

What an outstanding effort, Harrison 🏆.

Performing ArtsPaigeNathan Academic achievementIn every Performing Arts lesson, Nathan gives it his all. He consistently demonstrates all core values of the school, but what stands out is his leadership and problem solving skills. People come to him for ideas and he willingly helps out, always with kindness. You are incredible, Nathan.

CharlieKindness

Charlie, during Auslan this week you took your time to show another student the correct signs to use when signing your name to someone. Keep being a leader to others around you.

Well done, Charlie!🤩

Kitchen GardenKirstenSam Kindness

Sam, you are always offering support to those around you to ensure that everyone is included and feeling part of the team. You never look around to see if anyone is watching your kind gestures, you just instinctively and naturally demonstrate these qualities.

Keep being the amazing person you are Sam ! 🎉

Performing ArtsPaigeHarley KindnessIn Performing Arts when we were brainstorming costumes, a few students were feeling overwhelmed with choice. Harley noticed this, and she then offered to bring in spare costumes to help out the other students. This pure act of kindness made everyone smile. Harley should feel great pride in the kind heart that she has.
PEPaigeThomasResilienceDuring EDEC athletics, Thomas had to face many challenges. He ‘dug deep’ into his resilience and showed absolute Grit. I really admired how he pushed through and pushed himself even when he was feeling defeated. It is an incredibly admirable trait to attain. You really are amazing, Thomas and I am so proud of you.
