🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️Athletics Carnival 🏃🏽‍♂️

We had an incredible one and a half days at the LCS Secondary Athletics Carnival! Travelling to Penguin Athletics Track, students participated in track and field events with enthusiasm and house spirit. 

The carnival brings together weeks of training where students have been refining their skills during PE lessons. Participation was high, and it was marvellous to see our students give it their all and shine. 

A huge shout‑out to Cooper Forward for breaking both the Senior 800m and 1500m records, an amazing achievement!

The final results for the carnival were:

🥇1st place Wesley – 2392

🥈2nd place Carey – 1806

🥉3rd place Luther  – 1576

Well done to all students and staff for making it such a wonderful event. Congratulations to those students who placed at the top of their event. They will represent LCS at the Inter High Athletics Carnival in Term 4.
