Fostering student leadership is an integral part of the Copperfield College culture. 

Student leaders are chosen at every year level, to be role models for their peers and representing our College community with pride and integrity.

Each year, our student leadership carries the Copperfield College flag forward, before passing it on to the next generation of leaders ready to make their mark.

Ali Agha Ali Zada

Thank you to Ali Agha Ali Zada, for sharing your powerful story with our students and families at this term’s Senior Information Evening.

Arriving from Afghanistan as a refugee two years ago, Ali Agha began Year 10 at Copperfield College facing significant language barriers.

In 2025, Ali graduated as one of our top achievers with an outstanding ATAR of 93.1. He has since received an offer from the University of Melbourne to pursue a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering, with an inspiring long‑term goal of becoming a doctor.

We are incredibly proud of Ali’s achievements and the example he sets for our community.

A special thank you to our valued partner Western Chances for your ongoing support in the remarkable journeys of students like Ali.

Feathertop Year 12 camp

A long-standing and beloved tradition at Copperfield College, the Year 12 Feathertop school camp kicked off in Term One with fun activities and study preparation for the year ahead.

Over two days and facilitated by a team of engaged and dedicated teachers, Year 12 students have the opportunity to engage in sports and learning activities, building confidence, resilience and supporting peers.

Message for the Class of 2026

Head of Safety at Australian Open for Levy Brands, Phillip Theuma-Whichello (class of 2002), shares his message for the Copperfield College class of 2026: "Have lots of fun, enjoy the experience and you'll make it through to the other end!"
