Smile Squad - Free Dental Health Care

The Victorian Government's free school dental program - Smile Squad - has been at SPS for the past 10 days providing students with free dental check-ups, preventive services and treatments...AND it's not too late to book your child in, if they haven't been to see the Smile Squad team yet!

If you would like your child to see the Smile Squad dentist at school, you can fill in a paper copy of the consent form (available from the office) and return by 9.00am tomorrow, Friday 20th February.

Please note, we MUST have a completed consent form for your child to see the dentist. You do not need to attend your child's appointment.
