On Wednesday 19 June Foundation students celebrated Healthy Day where they came to school at 8:15am in their comfy pyjamas to have a yummy breakfast. The day was filled with activities about the different areas of health, food, rest, hygiene, and exercise. Students looked at healthy and sometimes food, the importance of rest, how to minimise spreading germs as well as different types of exercise.
Students got a brand-new toothbrush that they were very excited to use after breakfast. Then they completed exercise rotations in the afternoon, dance party with Miss Coad, mindfulness with Miss Shepherd, yoga with Miss Lofthouse and a huff and puff workout with Mrs Ryle.
