At Chapel today, Kindy Green shared their learning about one of God’s most beautiful creations. Students explored how rainbows are formed and presented their very own informative reports, sharing some fascinating facts about these colourful wonders.

They concluded their presentation with an upbeat rainbow song, reminding us to stop, look up and appreciate the beauty of God’s creation!

What a fantastic, creative and fun-filled Book Week we have had!

Our Book Parade was a wonderful celebration, with students bringing some of their favourite book characters to life through an amazing array of creative and colourful costumes. It was great to see so much excitement across the school and to welcome so many of our HopePoint community who joined us for the parade.

The Book Fair has also been a great success, with students and families enjoying the opportunity to browse and purchase some new books. Thank you to everyone who supported the fair and helped us celebrate the joy of reading throughout Book Week!

Our Year 6 students also planned a Goosechase scavenger hunt for K-5, book themed Kahoot games, bookmark colouring in and book character riddles.

And a special mention to our wonderful Librarian, Mrs Auckett for all the time, effort and creativity that went into organising our Book Week celebrations and Book Fair. We are so grateful for everything you did to make the week such a success!

A big thank you to our staff, students and families for making Book Week such a fun and memorable occasion.

It is wonderful to see the plans coming to life, and we look forward to sharing more progress with our school community as construction continues.
