The online uniform shop can be found online at the PIC Square Site. Stock is updated regularly as donations are received, so please check back often if you’re after a specific item. Thank You for an Incredible Trivia Night 2026!

We are thrilled to share that St John’s Primary School Trivia Night 2026 was a wonderful success! It was an evening filled with laughter, connection, friendly competition and, most importantly, incredible community spirit.

The excitement began in the lead-up to the event with our Silent Auction and Pink Day, which generated fantastic support from our school community. On the night, the fundraising continued with the drawing of our Major Raffle, our Live Auction, additional raffles and a variety of fun games and activities throughout the evening. There were plenty of opportunities for everyone to get involved, enjoy the festivities and support our school.

A huge thank you to all our parents, carers, families, sponsors and supporters who helped make the event such a memorable occasion. Your generosity, enthusiasm and support made the night truly special.

Together, We Made a Difference!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our school community, we are delighted to announce that we raised an amazing:$43,000!

We are proud to share that 30% of the funds raised will be donated to Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA)to support its important work providing support, information and resources to people affected by breast cancer.

Every ticket purchased, raffle entry, auction bid, game played, donation and sponsorship contribution helped make this possible. Thank you for helping us make a meaningful difference!

Your support is making a difference in the school

Thanks to your support, the PIC is excited to be able to purchase some items from the student and staff wishlists: an outdoor clock to help kids keep track of how much play time is left during breaks, tables and chairs for six classrooms, as well as new trolleys for the students’ tubs. New furniture has been on the school’s wish list for many years, so we know the students will love these wonderful additions to their learning spaces. You may have also noticed a new play boat in the top yard has been under construction, for the younger kids to have another new play space.

Subway Day

This semester’s SRCs have recently voted on hosting a Subway Day on Wednesday, 25 November. The PIC will be working with the Prep parents to organise the lunch orders. Forms will be sent home soon for those who wish to order a subway lunch order on the day. 

Subways will be delivered to the classes for first lunch. Thank you to the prep parents for helping with this event.

Christmas Carols

Can you believe it’s only four weeks until the Christmas Carols on Tuesday, 1 December? The PIC will help to organise a sausage sizzle BBQ as well as various activities before the Carols performances. 

This is a great way for the community to come together after a full year of activities and fundraisers, and celebrate a fantastic year together. 

We are looking for helpers to run the sausage sizzle, set up and clean up crews and anyone with crafty skills or decorations. Please get in touch if you can help for any part of the event. picstjohnsheidelberg@gmail.com

PIC AGM Meeting

The PIC will be holding our AGM on Tuesday, the 24th of November at 6:30pm in the Staff Room. 

We encourage as many people to attend as possible. If you have been involved in any events this year, please join. If you haven’t had a chance to get involved yet but are interested in finding out more of what we do and how you can help, please come along. 

This is a very important AGM as we will nominate and vote for next year’s PIC Executive. The existing exec, Megan, Margaret and Mel are all finishing up their two year terms in their roles, so we will need a new executive in place to ensure we can continue to have a PIC and run these amazing events next year and beyond. 

We are looking for a new President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.

Please consider getting involved, and come along to the AGM. If you have any questions about the PIC roles, reach out to any of the exec members for clarity.
