College Service

This week, we gathered as a College community to recognise current and former serving members of the Australia and New Zealand Defence Forces.

It was wonderful to have Mt A students Amelie and Marianne perform the Mounting of the Cadets.

Thank you to our speaker, Peter Saxon from the Kedron-Wavell Sub-Branch RSL for his Commerative Address.

We also thank our special guests Sister Moya (Missionary Franciscan Sister), Cr Danita Parry (Marchant Ward), and Kate Eggar (Mount Alvernia College Board Chair) for attending and participating in laying of wreaths.

Kedron-Wavell RSL Sub-Branch services

We encourage all students to join us at the 2026 ANZAC Day services hosted by the Kedron-Wavell RSL Sub-Branch on Saturday 25 April. 

As the 2026 support school, our presence across the events is both significant and valued.
