Allergic Reactions

Could you spot the signs of an allergic reaction in your child?

Allergy symptoms can range from mild to life-threatening, so it’s important to know which symptoms to look out for which may need emergency care.

🏠 For mild or moderate symptoms: keep an eye on your child at home, follow their Allergy Action Plan if they have one and give antihistamines if needed.

🧑‍⚕️ See your doctor or health professional if you have any concerns.

🚨 For anaphylaxis: Call an ambulance (000). If your child has an adrenaline device, use this before calling the ambulance.
