Year 10 Adolescent Immunisation Program

WA Health’s immunisation team will visit the College on Thursday, 5th March 2026.

All Year 10 students are eligible to receive free, routine and recommended vaccination against meningococcal disease. To make sure your child can receive their vaccination, complete the online consent form – health.wa.gov.au/adolescentconsent or collect and return a paper form from the school office.

Please ensure consent is completed/form returned PRIOR to vaccination day
