Wonderful Women's Afternoon

We hope that all our Wonderful Women celebrated and enjoyed a relaxing Mother's Day! I'm sure many of you enjoyed some special presents from our Mother's Day stall! A big thank you to Carlo, Melissa and all our fantastic volunteers who assisted in this process. It was also a great opportunity to welcome Tom whose candles and diffusers were seen to be one of the most popular items in the stall.

Please see the thanks and appreciation from the Peppas family in supporting Tom and his business adventures:

Tom is a truly special young man with a story of strength and resilience. Born with a serious heart condition, he underwent life-saving surgery at just five days old and spent his first few months in hospital. Tom also has autism and faces many challenges with communication and learning. He was non-verbal until age four and worked hard with speech and occupational therapy to find his voice.

With the right support, Tom continues to grow, learn, and build confidence every day. Tom is incredibly creative and as a family we started a small business to support Tom to develop important life skills and independence. We're incredibly proud of Tom who made all the candles and diffusers that students purchased for mothers day. Thank you to the Parent committee, Staff and the Hampton Community for supporting Tom. We hope the mothers loved their gifts and we look forward to supporting the Fathers day stall.

Much love, Peppas family

Thank you to all of those Wonderful Women who attended last Friday afternoon. It is always a joy to celebrate such events and welcome our family community into our classroom spaces. We hope you enjoyed the afternoon!

Landscaping Works

I'm sure many of you have seen the recent changes at the front of our school.  This has transformed our Front Playground space into a more functional and aesthetically pleasing area. It will assist significantly with the reduction in soft fall loss through rainfall and provide an alternate space to those students who enjoy the eating garden, some of which will be lost due to the gymnasium build.

Cross-Country

This Monday we successfully completed our school Cross-Country event. It was a well attended event with the sun shining and good course conditions. Well done to all of our students who pushed themselves in the 2km and 3km events! Thank you to our parent volunteers on the day, it is events such as these that are impossible to run without your help! Also thank you to Jordy and Chelsea for all their preparation and organisation, we look forward to the District competition in a few weeks.
