We welcome seven new staff members to St Augustine’s in 2026, and we are fortunate to have recruited such skilled professionals. We anticipate their transition into our college will be seamless, and their contributions will be invaluable. Please welcome the following staff.


Mrs Kameli Williams – Teacher
Mrs Williams joins us as an English teacher. She most recently worked at Newman Catholic College. Mrs Williams’ calm nature and positive teaching style are a welcome addition to the English Department.


Mr Ben Coleman – Teacher
Mr Coleman joins us as a Maths teacher. He most recently worked at TAS, White Rock. Mr Coleman is looking forward to being part of Saints and contributing to the reputation of the College across both classroom and extra-curricular spaces.


Miss Kait Miller – Teacher
Miss Miller joins us as a graduate Science teacher. She worked at the College last year on a lengthy pre-service teaching placement. Miss Miller’s knowledge from her previous occupation, and the future contributions she will make to the Science Department, are a welcome addition.


Mr Carl Fritz – Teacher
Mr Fritz returns to Saints as a Health & PE and Maths teacher. Formerly a Head of Year at Saints, Mr Fritz knows the College well and is a welcome returning face.


Mrs Haylee Adams – Food Technology Assistant
Mrs Adams joins us as our new Food Technology Assistant. She has extensive experience in kitchens and the hospitality industry and will bring many valuable skills to our classrooms.


Ms Jennifer Curcio – College Receptionist
Ms Curcio joins us as our new College Receptionist. She most recently worked in customer service at Cairns Regional Council. Ms Curcio will bring a warm and welcoming presence to our front office.


Mr Grant Jenkins – Groundsman
Mr Jenkins joins us as a Groundsman. He brings extensive experience in handyman and garden work. His skills will be a valuable addition to the maintenance team.


Mrs Amanda Bushmann - Boarding
Mrs Bushmann is our new Head of Senior Girls Residence. Amanda comes to us with a wealth of residential care experience, and was a senior Boarding Supervisor at Peace Lutheran College last year. Before this, Amanda spent 7 years on the Tablelands as a Residential Carer, caring full time for children in a leadership role.
