Year 11 Mass

Commissioning and Blessing of EMHC

On Tuesday, we recommenced our cohort Masses with a special Year 11 Mass where Fra Oscar commissioned and blessed our Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMHC) for 2025/2026.  Thank you to Old Boy pianist Matthew Loo (’21), Mr Miskiewicz (HOY) and all our students who had special roles during this Mass.  The readings embodied Jesus’ idea of servant leadership and Fra Oscar reflected this same idea in his Homily. 

TC can only be a community with the incredible support of our parents and extended family and friends.  Thank you for attending and supporting your son. God bless and hopefully I will see many of you at our Friday 8.00am Community Mass.

Friday 8.00am Mass resumed today.  Thank you to all who attended and assisted at this Mass. A special thank you to Head of Year Mr O’Malley, and Mr Simmons PCG 9.1 and Mr Cooke’s PCG 9.2 PCG for hosting.

Year 11 Encounter Retreat

In Week 7, Monday to Thursday, the Year 11 students will take part in their four-day Christian Service placement organised by Mrs Stewart. Mrs West will then place all Year 11 students into their PCG’s on Friday 28 November (Week 7) for the Encounter Retreat. This is an opportunity for our students to share and unpack their service experiences with their PCG.
