RSC Presentation Night

Our annual Ringwood Swimming Club Presentation Night is Tomorrow and we can't wait to celebrate an incredible season with you! With over 190 members, families, coaches, volunteers, special guests, and Life Members joining us, it's set to be a fantastic evening celebrating another successful year for our club.

Event Details

Venue: Dorset Gardens Hotel – Function Room

Arrival: 5:30pm (plenty of parking available)

Presentations Commence: 6:00pm

Dress Code: Smart Casual

Finger food will be served by the Dorset Gardens staff from your arrival until proceedings begin at 6:00pm.

Soft drinks and water will be available on each table, and the bar will be open for adults wishing to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Photobooth – Be sure to stop by and capture some fun memories with your teammates, coaches, family and friends! The best time to use the photobooth is between 5:30pm and 6:00pm before presentations begin, and again during the meal breaks throughout the evening.

 To finish off the night, DJ Poseidon will be hitting the decks at the conclusion of the presentations, so make sure you bring your dancing shoes and stay to celebrate with your RSC teammates!

We expect the evening to conclude at approximately 9:30pm.

**Food Allergies & Anaphylaxis: While the Dorset Gardens staff have been advised of all notified dietary requirements and have assured us, they will do their very best to cater for these, we would like to remind families that the venue does prepare food in a commercial kitchen wherenuts and other allergens are present.If you or your child has anaphylaxis or a severe food allergy, please ensure any required medication (such as an EpiPen) is brought with you on the evening as a precaution.
