Athletics Carnival - BBQ Lunch - Pre Orders now open

To keep our athletes fueled and energised at the upcoming Athletics Carnival, we will be running a special BBQ lunch for students and parents.

Please note that all lunch orders must be pre-ordered via Compass including families.

If you wish to order for parents/siblings etc please order under your childs name and place a comment in the notes section who is included in the order. There will be no cash sales for lunch on the day, so make sure you get your orders in early to avoid disappointment.

  • Orders Close: Tuesday 9th June @ 2:30 PM sharp.
  •  Please note: Late orders cannot be accepted after this time as catering numbers must be finalised.

Thank you for supporting our school event, and we look forward to a fantastic day of sports!

Athletics Carnival - Morning Tea

Our annual Athletics Carnival is just around the corner, and we are running our popular Morning Tea Stall once again.

To make it a success, we are kindly asking for donations of delicious baked goods.  All contributions are welcome.

  • What we love: Cupcakes, cookies, slices, muffins, and cakes (pre-sliced, if possible!).
  • A quick reminder: Please ensure all donations are completely nut-free to keep our students safe, and kindly label any containers you would like returned.
  • When to drop off: Please bring your treats to the Morning Tea Stall on the morning of the carnival.

Thank you so much for your sweet support—we can't wait to see you all on the sidelines cheering!

Please keep your receipts

Please remember to keep receipts for any purchases made for the canteen.

There is a pink box in the canteen for receipts.

Please place receipts from IGA, Foodworks or Cross Bros. Butchery in here please.

Compass Canteen

Families are able to order and pay for their children's lunch orders online through the Compass App.

If you have any trouble using the Canteen feature in Compass please feel free to read the guide below or send Karen an email on krizzi1@arm.catholic.edu.au

A few things to remember:

Cut off time for online ordering is 9:30am on the day of canteen. This allows plenty of time for the administration side of things to be completed before our volunteers arrive.

Ordering online is optional but preferred as it limits cash handling. If you still wish to place an order on a brown paper bag, please try and enclose correct money as change is limited due to majority of students using the online ordering option.

Baskets will be placed outside the canteen for teachers to distribute to the students.

Please be assured that frequent hand washing, wearing of gloves and regular safe food handling practices will be adhered to at all times.
