Perth Royal Show
A Unique Volunteer Opportunity for TC Students - Applications Open Now!
We’re pleased to share a fantastic opportunity for TC students to volunteer at the 2025 Perth Royal Show - a fun, hands-on experience that also offers valuable real-world learning and workplace skills.
The Show runs from 27 September to 4 October 2025, and we’re looking for enthusiastic young people (aged 15+) to join our volunteer team.
This includes:
- Free Show tickets!
- Free refreshments during their shift
- Hands-on experiences with animals and agriculture displays
- An opportunity to build confidence, communication and teamwork skills
- Workplace experience to support future study or job applications
- A welcoming, fun and supportive environment
This opportunity is ideal for students who are:
- Exploring careers in events, hospitality, community services, or agriculture
- Looking to complete volunteer hours or gain real-world experience
- Keen to enhance their resume in a meaningful, enjoyable way
All volunteers will receive a full induction before the Show and ongoing support during their shift.

This is the best time for your students to be inspired and get hands-on with exploring their futures! They’ll have 1:1 career conversations with professionals, discover pathways to university and get familiar with our student support services and university life.
Whether they are in Year 10, 11 or 12, or a graduate thinking about postgraduate study, our Open Day is open to everyone – including pathways and international students. Plus, students can learn about scholarships and financial assistance alongside study abroad opportunities to help make their university journey an incredible one.
Students can build a personalised schedule with activities that interest them so registrations are vital as places will fill up in high-demand activities.
