The Podcast Room is Now Open!
We’re excited to announce that the Doncaster Secondary College Podcast Room is now up and running!
Located in the Library, the new podcast room provides students and staff with a dedicated space to record podcasts, interviews, presentations and other creative audio content.
Whether you’re interested in storytelling, journalism, media, music or simply want to try something new, the podcast room is available for use and ready to bring your ideas to life!
Have an idea for a podcast? Come and check out the space in the Library and start creating!
Dental Health Van
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Once again, we are very fortunate to have the Dental Van visiting us in 2026.
The Australian Dental Health Van will be onsite in Week 3, Term 4 - 19/10/2026.
This is a free service to all students.
Parents/carers are asked to please complete the consent and registration form in the attached link if you would like your child to participate.

College Council Public Reporting Meeting
The Doncaster Secondary College Council would like to invite all members of our school community to attend our 2026 Annual Public Reporting Meeting.

The Public Reporting Meeting is an important opportunity for our school community to learn about the work of the College Council over the past year.
At the meeting, the College Council will:
- report on the proceedings of the Council since the previous Public Reporting Meeting
present the endorsed 2025 Annual Report

Bullying No Way: National week of action – 17 to 21 August 2026.
Doncaster Secondary College is proud to participate in the Bullying No Way: National week of action – 17 to 21 August 2026. The theme this year is ‘Small Acts- Big Impact ’.
During the week we will be promoting a number of small, positive actions that all students can take to combat and stamp out bullying.We will also be running badge making sessions during the week and holding a cheese toasty breakfast on Thursday 20thAugust outside the Wellbeing Hub in the quadrangle.
By working collaboratively within our community, we can collectively help reduce bullying.
Our Principal Mr Glenn Morris sent out a Compass newsfeed earlier in the week outlining the importance on the whole community working together to stop bullying. Included in his message were conversation prompts that families may find useful in helping children understand bullying and know how to respond to it.
If your child tells you about things at school, or you observe something in public that involves conflict or bullying, take the opportunity to talk about what bullying is. You can learn more about what defines bullying at bullyingnoway.gov.au.
Remind your child that bullying is never okay and discuss how they can respond safely if they experience or witness it.
Encourage them to seek help from a trusted adult and keep seeking support if needed.
By promoting open communication, we empower children to stand up against bullying and create a safer environment where everyone can feel that they belong.Let’s all continue to say ‘Bullying No Way’.
