What a term it has been! We’ve certainly experienced a very busy few weeks across the school. With lots of sickness going around, both students and staff have had to show resilience and flexibility – thank you to families for your understanding and support during this time.
Despite the challenges, our school has been buzzing with activity. Students have proudly represented us at Leeton Eisteddfod in both dance and choir events, showcasing their learning, creativity, and teamwork. These opportunities not only celebrate student achievement but also strengthen our community connections.
We also enjoyed celebrating Public Education Week, with a spotlight on the theme "Ignite your potential". This annual event celebrated the achievements of NSW public schools, students, and staff, fostering a sense of pride and acknowledging the transformative role of public education in students' lives.
And of course, one of the biggest highlights of the year – Book Week – brought colour, costumes, and plenty of excitement to our school. The book parade was a fantastic celebration of imagination and the joy of reading.
While it has been a hectic time, it’s been equally rewarding to see the enthusiasm and achievements of our students. We look forward to finishing the term strong and thank you again for being such an important part of our school community.
