Caring for Our World, One Layer at a Time!
Our Kindergarten environmental champions have been discovering how small hands can make a big impact! To explore their place in the world, students created colourful, layered flip-wheels connecting My House, with My City, My State, My Country, and My Planet. For each section of their wheel, the students discussed practical ways they can help look after that place—from simple actions at home like turning off lights, to picking up rubbish in our city, and protecting nature to help endangered animals across the planet! By learning to manage resources wisely and respect the land, our youngest learners are discovering how small actions help care for our world for generations to come.
