Today, we want to celebrate an incredible achievement by one of our very own students, Ewan Hamilton. Earlier this year Ewan represented our school at the NSW Primary Schools Chess Competition, held at Tamworth Public School.
Ewan has been awarded the NSW Primary Schools Competition 2025 'High Scorer' by the NSW Junior Chess League. Ewan, we are so proud of the preparation you put in, and the excellent sportsmanship and dedication you showed while representing St Joseph’s Primary School on the day. Your hard work is an inspiration to us all, reminding us that with focus and practice, we can achieve anything. Congratulations Ewan on this fantastic effort!

Finally, it is difficult to believe that the end of 2025 is upon us, with another year of learning and teaching almost complete! We would like to thank all the wonderful St Joseph's staff for their efforts and dedication throughout the year to ensure the children receive the best education in supportive learning environments. We are proud of the many achievements of our students throughout the year, there is so much to celebrate.

Thank you for a wonderful year of learning and fun!
