Fathers Day Stalls and Breakfast

Thanks to everyone who supported our Fathers day stalls this week, especially Katya who sourced and arranged the days.Also to celebrate Father's Day, this year the PFA and the Port Dads will be hosting a before school breakfast on Monday, near the soccer pitch or in the gym if raining. This event is to encourage Dads to come along to school, share a hot drink and an egg and bacon roll. As with any morning, parents are welcome to walk their children to classrooms between 8:45am and 9am.

Party Pie Day- Event: 15th September 8.30-9.15am.

To coincide with dressing in our Football gear the PFA runs an annual Party Pie Day on Friday 15th September. Party Pies will be delivered to your students classroom. 

Yearbook

Yearbook PlanningPlans are underway for this years yearbook. To make it look as fabulous as possible, we would love to have some extra helpers on this project. It would be great to have some help sourcing and collating, or someone with some graphic design skills, to help us work on layout and design. Please reach out if you can help.

Trivia Auction Collections

Silent Auction and Raffle Items won during the Trivia can be collected from the office. Thanks again to all our amazing volunteers for sourcing these donations and the local business who generally gifted them to us.

Fete- Sunday 12th November

Please save the date in your diary. Over the holidays you may want to think about what you would like to donate for this event. Our Garden Stall would love donations, so you may wish to pot some cuttings. It is probably a bit early for baking, but you could make some Jams or preserves for the cake stall. You could put aside small donations for the lucky dip, or make some craft items for the craft stall. Please note we will NOT be taking donations of clothing, books, homeware or large toys, we simply do not have the volunteer hours to pre-sort through these items for sale.
