Day for Daniel

Friday 30th October marks “Day for Daniel”, Australia’s largest child safety education and awareness day held in memory of Daniel Morcombe. The day aims to promote important conversations around personal safety, recognising unsafe situations, and empowering children to seek help from trusted adults.

To support this important initiative, students and staff are invited to wear RED on Friday 30th October to help raise awareness and show their support for child safety by donating a gold coin donation.

The Daniel Morcombe Foundation website provides a range of excellent videos, lesson ideas and resources suitable for all year levels.
