We still need of someone/group who may be able to coordinate food.

Currently donations and canvassing for prizes is the main goal until the logistical organisation is needed closer to the date.

If you know/shop/support a business that you may be comfortable approaching to ask for donations/prizes we will put up the canvassing letter and link to the live document of which business’ have been approached for you to use. Please just check the list to make sure we don’t double up asking the same business. This letter will be available on PAM.

The pre loved uniform shop is open from 3.15pm until 3.40pm on the below dates;

Thursday 18th September

If anyone would like to volunteer their time to open on other dates, all help is welcome.
