Forest School – Donations Welcome

Our Forest School program is growing, and we would greatly appreciate any donations that could help support our outdoor learning space.

We are currently looking for garden supplies such as garden stakes, potting mix, plastic mesh produce bags (e.g. orange or onion bags), hand trowels, twine, river rocks, pebbles, and plumbing pipe elbows.

We would also love any plants, cuttings, seeds, or seedlings, as well as compost worms for our existing worm farms. The plants do not need to be edible, any varieties are welcome!

If any families have a mud kitchen they no longer use, we will happily give it a new home. Alternatively, heat-treated (HT) pallets and an old sink would also be wonderful to help us build one.

As we prepare for our Winter Solstice activities, we are also collecting clean strawberry or cherry tomato containers, along with 1L or 2L milk bottles and 1.25L soft drink bottles.

Finally, if any parents or carers can spare some time to help during Forest School sessions, we would love to hear from you.

Thank you for helping us create a rich and engaging outdoor learning environment for our students!

Cheers,

Lisa Pickles
