Sport Achievements

District Swimming 

On the 5th of March Year 3 to 6 students competed at District swimming at Sunbury Aquatic Centre. Everyone showed great enthusiasm and sportsmanship throughout the day. Congratulations to Charlotte B who came 2nd in Butterfly and made it to Division. On the 10th of March Charlotte B competed in the Division Swimming event. She did really well and came 4th in the Butterfly. 

 Cross Country

On Friday the 27th the Foundation to Year 6s went to Tony Clark to compete in House Cross Country. Everyone had lots of fun and tried their best. Congratulations to everyone who made it to District Cross Country.

 Futsal 

 The year 6 girls competed in District Futsal on the 3rd of March.  Everyone had tons of fun and tried their hardest. They won their first game 3-1, the next 11-0, and their last one  4-2 and made it to the grand final. Sadly the girls lost against Gisborne 1-0 making them second overall. 

Some years six boys went to compete in District Futsal on the 4th of March. They all did amazing and tried their best and showed great enthusiasm. Their first game was against Braemar and sadly lost 4-0 and their second game was against Holy Cross. They also lost to them 3-1. Then the boys played St Bridgit's and beat them 3-1, finishing 4th in their group. That meant they played New Gisborne in the quarter finals and it was a really close game.  Sadly the boys lost 4-3 to golden goal. But on the good note, New Gisborne said that we were the only team that gave them a hard time and made it a challenge for them to win.
