Excursions & Camps

To ensure all students are able to participate in upcoming school activities, families are reminded that completed consent or online QParents forms and any required payments must be completed and returned by the due date prior to the activity.

Excursion and activity costs are calculated based on the number of participating students. This allows the school to confirm transport, venue bookings, staffing and activity providers. Late responses or payments can impact these arrangements and may increase costs for all families.

Please note that students who have not returned their consent form and paid any applicable fees (unless prior arrangements have been made) before the activity date will be unable to attend or participate.

QParents

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving communication and reducing our environmental impact, our school will be increasing the use of QParents.

QParents is a secure online portal provided by the Department of Education that allows you to easily access important information about your child’s schooling in one convenient place. Through QParents, you can view attendance records, report absences, access report cards, update personal details, and stay informed about school activities and announcements.

By using QParents more consistently, we aim to significantly reduce the amount of paper sent home. This not only supports our sustainability goals but also ensures that important information reaches you quickly and reliably.

We understand that convenience is key for busy families. QParents allows you to access your child’s information anytime and anywhere, helping you stay connected with their learning without needing to manage paperwork.

If you have not yet registered for QParents, we encourage you to do so. Instructions and support are available through the school office, and we are happy to assist you with the setup process.
