School Fees

School fees are billed annually. You will receive a monthly statement via email. 

For those that elect to pay fees off in monthly, fortnightly or weekly installments, the balance is to be paid in full by Friday 5th December. 

For those that elect to pay in one lump sum, payment must be made by 26th February. 

You will have already received an email for school fees in the last couple of days. At the bottom of the statement you will find your Bpay details. These will be yours for the whole time you have a child here at St Joseph's. Bpay is our preferred method of payment. 

If you choose to pay via installments, your 2nd statement in March will have a breakdown of your payment amounts and dates they are due. 

DO NOT PAY FEES THROUGH COMPASS. We get charged significant fees and charges when receiving money paid through the portal. In the event that this happens, we have been advised to bill the payer for any fees and charges incurred.

All School Fee Instalment Agreement forms need to be filled out, signed and returned to our office asap.

Uniform Ordering

Uniform Ordering

Ange at Junee Embroidery Services will place Uniform Orders during the first week of every month, with orders ready for collection from JES premises approximately 2-3 weeks later. 

Please note skirts are not available at the moment.

Orders will only be placed with payment and above form completed and either emailed or dropped into Junee Embroidery Services. Please ensure you write your payment receipt number on your form and leave your name as the transfer reference. This will ensure a smooth ordering process.

ST JOEY'S CLOTHING POOL

If you have any uniforms that have been outgrown and are still in good condition, please bring them into our office for our clothing pool.

Our Clothing Pool items are available to purchase from $2 per item. The Clothing Pool Shop will be open at 3.15pm every 2 weeks after Friday afternoon assemblies in the MPC. Cash payment is preferred.

Scholastic Book Club

Our school Book Club provides families with an affordable and convenient way to bring the best in children’s literature into your home. Each issue contains curated, age-appropriate titles that have been carefully selected and levelled by a dedicated team of professional booklovers.

For every Book Club order you place, Scholastic gives back 15% of your order amount to our school to purchase valuable educational resources via its Scholastic Rewards program.

Books are delivered to our school and handed out when they arrive.

HOW BOOK CLUB WORKS

Children will receive a paper copy of the catalogue twice a term. Orders are placed through the LOOP app which is at this link: https://mybookclubs.scholastic.com.au/Parent/Login.aspx or via the Google Play/App Store on your mobile.
