Bonjour à tous,
A huge thank you to all of our wonderful parent helpers who generously volunteered their time to make our Father’s Day Breakfast and Father’s Day Stall such a success. Your support, enthusiasm and helping hands helped create such a special celebration for our families and students. We truly appreciate the time and effort you put into making these events memorable for our children. Thank you for being such an important part of our school community!
A reminder that next Thursday is R U OK? Day, and we invite all students to wear a splash of yellow as we come together to promote kindness, connection and looking out for one another. R U OK? Day also provides a wonderful opportunity to talk with your child about the importance of supporting others when they may be feeling down, checking in with those around us, and showing kindness and compassion.
‘Love in Action’ is a beautiful motto for our school community, and we encourage all students to embrace this message by demonstrating care, respect and kindness in all their interactions with others.
Book week was very successful. We ran the fare differently this year with a book exchange which the children really enjoyed.
On Monday 24th for book week, we saw many wonderful characters during our parade from our favourite books. We hope that you all enjoyed the parade. I especially enjoyed the 1/2 student who wrote their own book and came as a character from her book. Such wonderful creativity.
