BURTON, Harry Roy 06.08.1940 - 21.09.2024

Harry Burton, the Antarctic scientist, 84, died peacefully on Saturday 21 September 2024 in Hobart, Tasmania. Preceded in death by his parents Harry Alexander Burton and Bertha Alice Burton (nee Hankinson); his wife Patricia Anne Burton (nee Plumb) and his eldest son Harry Andrew Burton.Dearly loved husband of Cecilia Eriksson.Cherished brother of Dora Hollingdale.Father of Jane, Harry (dec 20.11.2001 svc 1981-85), Hugh (svc 1982-87), Zoe, Miranda, Eve, Hector (svc 1990- 94) and Horatio.

CHAPMAN  Brian dec. 16.09.2024

The loved son of Roy and Rita Chapman and brother of Ken, Ross, Sandra, Ian, Dianne, Terry and Tim.

The devoted husband of Dot, caring father of Wayne (svc 1969-77) and Anne, father-in-law of Robyn and Michael and grandfather of Cassie, Millie, Matt and Samantha.

COONEY Peter Michael 03.09.1941 - 19.09.2024 (svc 1954-58)

Dearly loved husband of Marcelle. Loved dad and father-in-law of Garry and Leanne, Mark and Kelli, and Greg and Mandy. Adored pop and great pop.

CUSICK, Margaret Helen .10.1948 - 24.10.2024 

Margaret passed away peacefully on 24 October 2024. Loved wife of Peter (svc 1955-62), cherished Mum of Chris (svc 1979-86), Joanne, Carolyn and Andrew (svc 1993-96; dec. 17.02.2001) and adored Nanna of Ben, Sam, Lucas and Ella. An exceptionally brave lady now at peace in Andrew's loving arms.

GARLAND, Peggy 21.09.1928 - 16.10.2024

Wife of the late Leslie Garland and the mother of Arthur (svc 1971-77) and of Mary, daughter of the late Cyril and Camie Bessell, sister of Janet and the late Peter Crane and aunt of Andrew and Nepelle Crane and family. Peggy will be affectionately remembered by past pupils of St Theresa's Primary School art classes, the former Claremont Primary School, East Launceston Primary, Hestercombe Sunday School and choir.

KESSON David Andrew  18.12.1962 - 05.10.2024 (svc 1976-79)

David passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving wife Carol and stepson and mate Anthony as per his wishes.
