P & C News

We held our first P&C meeting for the term this week. We were thrilled to welcome a few new members. Fresh faces bring fresh energy and ideas, and we’re so glad to have them on board.

A big part of the meeting was finalising plans for our upcoming Father’s Day Stall. The team is working behind the scenes to make sure everything is organised, stocked, and ready for a fun and successful event.

We are actively seeking volunteers to help run the stall — even an hour makes a huge difference.

We also spent time brainstorming fundraising ideas for the rest of the year. The P&C is looking at creative and practical ways to raise money that will directly support our school community.

Alongside fundraising, we’ve begun mapping out projects to fund later this year. Improvements and initiatives that will benefit students across the school. One of the major projects currently being explored is jointly funding the installation of air‑conditioning in the school hall. This would be a huge improvement for assemblies, performances, presentations, and whole school events. We’re excited to work towards making it happen.

And yes… it’s early, but we’ve already started tossing around ideas for the school disco coming up next term. Themes, decorations, music etc. All the fun stuff!

As always, we welcome new members, new ideas, and anyone who’d like to get involved. The P&C is a wonderful way to support the school, meet other families, and help shape our future events and projects.
