Term 4, Week 3

Whole School Pilgrimage – A Journey of Faith and Reflection

Last Friday, our St Brigid’s community came together for a beautiful whole-school pilgrimage across Gisborne — a reflective and spiritual journey that reminded us of the importance of walking together in faith. Along the way, students paused to pray, reflect, and connect with the meaning of pilgrimage in their own lives. It was a special day of unity, gratitude, and shared purpose, complemented by a week filled with rich learning experiences across all year levels.

I also had the privilege of accompanying our Senior Social Justice Leaders to Arcare, where they engaged with residents by hosting a lively trivia session. It was heartwarming to see the encouragement, connection, and genuine care our students showed as they brought joy to the wider community.
