Wellbeing Report

Wellbeing lessons
During our Wellbeing lessons this past fortnight we have looked at inclusion and how we can help others. Our Junior students looked at what ways they can help someone. They also looked at which adults they can rely on for help at school in a variety of situations. While our Senior students created posters to provide advice about how you can include people, and how to identify people who may be feeling lonely. They also looked at different forms of communication and how our body, face, tone, and movements can convey messages along with our words.

Online Parenting Circle
Parenting can be really hard, even when you “know better”. We still snap, shut down, blame, feel guilty, then find ourselves doing the same thing again.
A Seen Circle is a calm, facilitated online small group where you can be honest without judgment or anyone trying to fix you, so you can build the skills you need to show up to be the parent and person you want to be. Find more information at: https://seencircles.org/
