Prayer for Our School Community

Loving God,

We give thanks for the gift of leadership, service and community.

Today, we especially thank You for the dedication and care of our retiring principal. We are grateful for the many ways they have guided, supported and nurtured our school, helping St Michael's to grow in faith, learning and love. Bless them as they begin this new chapter, and may they take with them the knowledge that their contribution has made a lasting difference in the lives of many.

As our community enters a time of transition, remind us that You walk beside us in every season of change. Help us to embrace the future with hope, courage and trust.

May we continue to be a community united by faith, strengthened by kindness and committed to the wellbeing of one another. Guide those who will lead us in the future, and help each of us to play our part in creating a school where every child feels safe, valued and known.

May we move forward together with open hearts, grateful for the past, confident in the present and hopeful for what lies ahead.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Vinnie's Winter Appeal 

As part of an initiative started by the Social Justice Leaders, our school will be taking part in the Vinnie's Winter Appeal. As we head into the winter months, it is important we do not forget the most vulnerable in our society.
