The Principal's Pen
The recent change to spring weather has been a welcome difference around the College. Seeing students working outside in sunshine seems to be something that has been missing for too long. The recent cross-country events, athletics carnivals as well as curriculum-based events have filled Term 3, maintaining a high level of engagement across the year groups. The term’s activities are all culminating with our Learning Journeys and Open Night which will be another opportunity for celebration.
Celebration is the bible is based around the goodness of God. They had regular events that they observed to focus on different ways that God had provided for them, giving God’s people reminders that they needed to be thankful. We also have a lot to be thankful for and coming safely to the end of a long winter term is just one of them. We will be able to celebrate the work of our students at the end-of-term events and give thanks to God for the gifts that he given us in our students. I look forward to seeing you there.
“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights” James 1:17
