MOUNTAIN BIKE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Last weekend, Jake and Alex competed at Mt Buller at the GWM Downhill MTB National championships. Hundreds of Australia’s best downhill riders competed over the 4 day event. Both boys competed in the u13 category, both as bottom age competitors. Jake placed an amazing 6th place at nationals, putting together a fast, clean race run. Alex unfortunately had a crash in his race run, requiring medics to attend. He received the ok to continue, and to his absolute credit and sheer determination, completed his race run.

Well done boys, a wonderful achievement!

Have an enjoyable weekend.

Regards Heather
