Performing Arts

During the last two weeks students have continued working on their skills as a whole class band playing percussion instruments. They have played songs with 3/4 and 4/4 time signatures and are very proud of their achievements. We even had some students conducting their grade through some of the songs. A great effort.

Foundation students worked hard this week and played a beautiful rendition of Twinkle,Twinkle Little Star as a whole class band.

Grade 1 and 2 are honing their listening skills by playing a sound effects card game which they all enjoyed.

Grade 3-6 played a musical body percussion game called Beat Detective.

Grades 2-4 have begun singing a song which they hope to share later in the term. Stay tuned..pardon the pun!
