Last week we celebrated National Wattle Day with the start of spring. I mentioned how diverse the indigenous plants are and their uses in cooking and medicine.

This week's Behind the News video highlights a Queensland school where students are planting indigenous plants and learning how to harvest and cook with Bush tucker.
