JSA Expected Behaviour Booster Sessions

As we near the end of the year, classes are working through the Expected behaviour booster sessions put together by the Student Engagement Team. This term has been focused on 'Behaviours We ALWAYS do'. During Weeks 7 & 8, the focus area is particularly on 'Including Others'. This means that students will be thinking about making good choices around other people, how they help others, and what happens when we do make good choices? How does that make us feel and others feel?

Students will be encouraged to share conversations, scenarios, and drawings of what this looks like around the school. I encourage you to ask your child/ren how they include others in their life, and maybe you can share your experiences too.

*Reminder: Seesaw Parent Survey

A friendly reminder to please complete the Seesaw Parent Survey which was emailed out a few weeks ago. If you missed it, please contact the school to have them re-send it out. We really value your feedback on how you have found the Seesaw platform to inform how we can best utilise it for the community. Thanks in advance.

School Improvement Team (SIT)

As mentioned in the last edition, the Student Voice and Agency SIT are preparing for the awards ceremony next week after being shortlisted for the outstanding team award at PASS. Here they are, all ready to go. Good luck team! Regardless of the outcome this is a fantastic achievement to have been shortlisted.
