Building Update 

Building Update- Week 8

Due to some accidents on site, there will be a number of rectification works. These works were planned as part of Stage 3, however due to recent events those works will be brought forward. 

These include:

• repairs to the ramp at the back of the admin building
• relaying of concrete near the amphitheatre
• resurfacing the basketball court
• The PA (Public Announcement) system will also be updated due to the unreliability of the current system. 
• Drainage issues to be rectified

Our completion date for Portion 1 is the 6th of April and the 30th of June 2023 for the completion of all works. 

Currently the builders are continuing with steelworks, roofing, brickwork, landscaping and plumbing. Electrical works will continue once we have a more secure site. 

The building is really taking shape now and it is great to see what the finished project will look like.

Keep your fingers crossed the weather is kind to our builders until lock up stage.
